Visualising and Communicating the Abstract
I am currently a third year graphic design student at the ArtEZ University of the Arts in Arnhem. I build characterful interactive work across mediums such as picture, print, motion or on the web, often with the focal point of visualising and making the abstract graspable.
I find a big "purpose" in life in the continuation of creating and communicating 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙉𝙚𝙬, guided by my curiosity of philosophy, history, linguistics, semiotics, epistemology and the cluster of omnipresent axioms of reality in which we find ourselves together in as a species that shape our world and mind.
Connections of people
Connections of thought
L.X.K
Experience in different binding techniques in different sizes (stitch, leporello etc.)
Printing on different materials (Silkscreen on fabric, Sublimation print on Ripstop)
Translating my hand sketches, composition studies and idea exploration into the real world
I speak german (native), english and dutch fluently, am currently learning russian and have a linguistical interest in yiddish
Interactive storytelling and playful UI systems (HTML/CSS/JS/Processing)
Storytelling and concept-visualisation through the moving image (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Fascination with semiotic theory and practice to immersively illustrate concepts (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign)
Infatuated in the possibilities of using my creativity to create unique visuals
If it is about questions, offers or commissions I am happy to reply :)
